Uh Huh Her preps new album & tour, coming to Carrboro
Los Angeles electro pop duo Uh Huh Her will release their sophomore album Nocturne some time this spring, though an official release date has not been announced yet. The band are hitting the road later this spring on an east coast tour that will bring them to the Triangle.
They'll play the Cat's Cradle in Carrboro on Tuesday, May 10. Diamonds Under Fire will open the show. Tickets go on sale on Friday, March 18 via etix for $13.

Uh Huh Her features Camila Grey and Leisha Hailey. Grey was in the band Mellowdrone for a while and has played in bands behind Dr. Dre, Busta Rhymes and more recently Adam Lambert. Hailey was in The Murmurs and also played the character Alice Pieszecki in the Showtime series The L Word.
The group wrote and recorded a new song titled "Same High" which was featured on the soundtrack of the Academy Award nominated film The Kids Are Alright. Stream the song below the widget.
