New music from Ben Folds Five - "House" + new album on the way

Yes you read the headline correctly. It's been eleven years since Ben Folds Five have released any new music, but the band is back at it after all these years. The first new song from the band, "House," will be featured on Ben Folds' forthcoming retrospective collection, The Best Imitation of Myself: A Retrospective, due out on October 11. Stream the new song below.

Two other new Ben Folds Five songs will be released on the three-disc version of the retrospective, and are titled "Tell Me What I Did" and "Stumblin' Home Winter Blues," the latter of which was originally recorded by drummer Darren Jesse's band Hotel Lights.

But that's not all. The band is planning to start recording a brand new album, their first since 1999's The Unauthorized Biography of Reinhold Messner, in December after Folds' finishes his work as a judge on the third season of the NBC acapella singing competition The Sing-Off.

It's a great tune and catchy, but why is Ben using Auto-tune when he's on a show judging a capella singers!?

I think you're confusing the fact that the vocals are doubled or possibly even tripled during certain parts of the song with auto tuning, which I don't hear at all.
