The $5 Bud Light City Fest concert series kicks off on September 17 with Better Than Ezra, and they're still rolling out the shows that will fill the five show run in 2011.The fourth show has just been announced and will feature Vince Neil, the frontman of Motley Crue. He'll play the Raleigh Amphitheater on Saturday, October 22.
Also, the show featuring Ed Kowalczyk, former frontman of Live, has been moved from August 27 to October 8.
