The Elected announces summer tour, coming to Chapel Hill

With Rilo Kiley still on an indefinite hiatus, Blake Sennet has revived his solo project The Elected and  is preparing to release his first album in five years. The album is titled Bury Me in My Rings and will be out on May 17 via Vagrant Records.

The band will hit the road this summer and will make a stop at Local 506 in Chapel Hill on Wednesday, June 22. Ticket info is not available yet, but we'll keep you posted. Tickets are on sale now via etix for $10.
