After what feels like months of anticipation, we finally have confirmation that U2 will play Raleigh's Carter-Finley Stadium on Saturday, October 3, 2009.Tickets will go on sale next Friday, April 17, for $30, $55, $95 and $250 (if you want to smell Bono's sweat) via Ticketmaster.
Muse will open the show and, to be completely honest, it's possible I'm more excited about seeing them again than seeing U2. We caught them on tour in New York a couple years ago and it might be the best show I've ever seen.
