Durham quartet Bombadil is about to become a trio. The group will bid a tentative farewell to its pianist and co-founder Stuart Robinson this Friday as he plays his final show at Lincoln Theatre.
Don't worry, there are no hard feelings—Stuart's off to see what there is in the land of academia. He may join them in the future for some scattered on-the-road dates.
Make sure you're there to bid him a fond farewell and check out the always-worthwhile Lost in the Trees (and pick up a copy of their new album) and laid-back Charlotteian (Charlotte-ite? Help me out here!) Benji Hughes.
