On their recent European tour, Bowerbirds filmed a session in Vienna, Austria for They Shoot Music. Accompanied by Bright Young Things drummer Matt Damrom and Megafaun's Brad Cook, the band played three songs from their new album Upper Air at Stadtpark. The set included the songs "Teeth," "Beneath Your Tree" and "Bright Future."If you only watch one video, check out "Bright Future" where Phil Moore plays the song on some sort of rope jungle gym. During the perofrmance, kids are playing on the jungle gym behind Phil and about halfway through, one kid starts kicking/putting his foot on the back of Phil's head. It's pretty funny, especially since it doesn't seem to hinder his performance too much.
