Sunfold to release debut album

The Kenny Florence-fronted Annuals offshoot Sunfold is gearing up to release their debut album next week. The 10-track album is titled Toy Tugboats and it will be released on Tuesday, July 22, via the Raleigh based label Terpsikhore Records (essentially Annuals' label).

Download the eighth track from the record, "Sara the American Winer," at the bottom of this post. The song sounds more like Annuals than the two songs from Sunfold's split EP with Annuals, Wet Zoo, that was released in April. The two EP tracks are not on the new album. Toy Tugboats feature 10 brand new tracks.

Sunfold will hit the road for a week to support the album that will culminate with a show at Local 506 on July 29. Tickets for the 506 show are available via etix.com for $8 plus fees.
