Cornershop announces fall dates, coming to Carrboro

The British lads Cornershop, best known for their unlikely 1997 hit single "Brimful of Asha," released a new album titled Judy Sucks a Lemon for Breakfast in 2009. The band will hit the road for a U.S. tour this fall in support of the release.

[UPDATE: The entire U.S. tour has been canceled including the Cat's Cradle date. The band's statement makes it sound like a business decision stating that the tour is postponed until next year when their new album will be out.]

The tour will stop at the Cat's Cradle in Carrboro on Sunday, Nov. 21. Tickets for the show are on sale now for $16 via etix.

Check out the music video for the infectiously groovy song "Soul School" from their newest album below, where you'll also find the band's tour schedule.
