Summer tour dates for the Brooklyn trio Chairlift have started to roll out and the band will be making a stop in the Triangle. They'll play Local 506 in Chapel Hill on Tuesday, July 27. Tickets for the show will be $8 and show go on sale soon via etix.
Chairlift are most known for their song "Bruises" from their album Do You Inspire You, originally released in 2008 and re-released by Columbia Records in 2009. The song was featured in an commercial for the fourth generation iPod Nano in 2008.
