Ticket giveaway: The Rosebuds at Duke Gardens

Time for round 2 of our Duke Gardens concert series giveaway, this time for The Rosebuds, this Wednesday, June 10, at 7 p.m.

To win a pair of tickets, email triangle_music@hotmail.com by 3 p.m. Monday, June 8 with the subject line "The Rosebuds tickets." We'll pick a winner at random and notify them Monday afternoon. (UPDATE: We have a winner! Thanks to all who entered.)

Otherwise, you can purchase tickets here or at the door for $10 (or $5 for Duke employees, free for Duke students & children 12 and under).

Two things that are worth mentioning for those of you who missed Thad Cockrell last week. One, arrive early if you don't want to park on the street. Two, these shows are So. Much. Fun. As absolutely cheesy as this sounds, there's hardly anything better than unwinding on a worknight by laying out a blanket, hanging out with friends and listening to some great (local) music in the early summer air. But watch out for the fire ants.
