Pop folkstress Dar Williams has scheduled her first tour dates for 2009 which will include a stop in the Triangle. The dates will keep her on the east coast for the early part of next year. Joshua Radin will open all of the January dates.
Williams and Radin will play the Cat's Cradle on January 28. Tickets will go on sale on Wednesday, December 10 via etix.com for $22.
Dar Williams just released her latest album titled Promised Land in September. The album features a nifty little cover of the Fountains of Wayne song "Troubled Times." Check out that track on MySpace and download "It's Alright" from the album below.
