Wild Flag announces debut album & fall tour, coming to Carrboro

Indie supergroup Wild Flag has been touring since late 2010, and now they're almost ready to unleash their first full-length album.

Merge Records will release their self-titled album on September 13. The album's first single, "Romance," will debut on WMFU on Saturday, June 18 between 3 and 4 p.m. We'll bring you the song once it hits the web. Stream the song below.

Wild Flag will hit the road on a hefty tour following the release, which will bring them back to the Triangle. They'll play the Cat's Cradle in Carrboro on Friday, October 21. Tickets are available now via etix for $15. Eleanor Friedberger will open the show (download the song "My Mistakes HERE).
