After collaborating at last year's Hopscotch Music Festival for a special performance, local folk rock/experimental/Americana group Megafaun and Berlin-based composer Arnold Dreyblatt decided to document their chemistry by recording an album at Pinebox Recording in Graham.The album is titled Appalachian Excitation and will be release on September 17 by Northern Spy Records.
