Megafaun to release 'Heretofore' in September

Megafaun are easily some of the busiest musicians in the Triangle. The band released a critically acclaimed album Gather, Form & Fly last year, worked on the debut album from Gayngs titled Related, have toured relentlessly and somehow managed to find the time to record a new mini-album titled Heretofore.

Heretofore now has a release date and artwork (which you can see to the right). It will be released on Sept. 14 via Hometape Records, who released the band's last album. We brought you the first track from the release, "Volunteers," a few months ago which you can also download below.

Megafaun will be playing TRKfest in Pittsboro on Saturday, June 26. There are no advance tickets for the show, but there will be a suggested $10 donation the day of the show. Find more details about the event here and here. Check out Megafaun's current tour schedule below.
