Death Cab For Cutie frontman Benjamin Gibbard will release his first full-length solo album on October 16 titled Former Lives. He'll hit the road to support the release in November which will bring him to the Triangle.Gibbard will play a seated show at the Haw River Ballroom in Saxapahaw on Saturday, November 10. Advance Base will open. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 17 via Ticketfly for $32.
Check out the song "Ichiro's Theme," which is written about former Seattle Mariner Ichiro Suzuki (who was traded to the Yankees), below The song will not be on the new album.
