The new wing of the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences, the Nature Research Center, will celebrate its grand opening on Friday, April 20, with a 24-hour celebration which will feature a late night performance by New York experimental dance band Gang Gang Dance presented by the Hopscotch Music Festival.The festivities will begin at 5 p.m. on April 20 and will feature a variety of street performers, internationally renowned scientists, musicians and even aerialists. Gang Gang Dance will perform at 11:30 p.m.
