[UDPATE] Drake announces 2012 'Club Paradise' tour dates, coming to Raleigh

Canadian hip-hop and R&B star Drake is taking his successful Club Paradise tour to big outdoor amphitheaters this summer, and unlike the last tour which brought him to Greensboro, this time he'll play the Triangle.

As you may have already deduced, Drake will play the Time Warner Cable Pavilion at Walnut Creek in Raleigh on Tuesday, May 22. J. Cole, Waka Flocka Flame, Meek Mill, 2 Chainz and French Montana will open. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 31 via the usual big outlets.

[UPDATE: Drake's concert at Time Warner Cable Pavilion has been postponed to June 19 20 (the date has been updated a second time and is now schedule for June 20). Tickets for the original date will be honored for the new date. A spokesperson for Drake said that the postponement of the Raleigh show as well as the Virginia Beach show is "Due to an unforeseen personal family matter."]
