Rhiannon Giddens released her new solo album on Tuesday titled Tomorrow Is My Turn and she stopped by the Ed Sullivan Theater that night to celebrate its release on the Late Show with David Letterman.Giddens performed traditional folk song "Waterboy" from the album on the show. Check out the performance below where she is backed by her current Carolina Chocolate Drops band members as well as additional musicians.
As we mentioned last week, Giddens will hit the road on a big tour this spring including a show at the Carolina Theater in Durham on Thursday, April 2. Tickets are on sale now via the venue box office and Ticketmaster.
