Pacific northwestern alt rockers Modest Mouse will release their sixth full-length album on March 17 titled Strangers to Ourselves and in the weeks before the release they'll hit the road on a run of dates that will bring them to the Triangle.Modest Mouse will play The Ritz in Raleigh on Friday, March 13. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, February 13, via Ticketmaster for $40. Various presales will begin at 10 a.m. on February 12.
