Gov't Mule announces tour with Dr. John, coming to Raleigh

The Warren Haynes-led southern rock band Gov't Mule is hitting the road this year and will be taking veteran New Orleans singer-songwriter Dr. John out to open a few southern dates, including a stop in the Triangle.

They'll stop at the Raleigh Amphitheater on Wednesday, June 13. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 11, via the Progress Energy Center box office and the usual big ticket outlets.

Dr. John just released a new album in April titled Locked Down. Check out the groovy tune "Revolution" from the album below.
