Well, this settles my internal debate about how badly I really wanted to go see New Kids on the Block.The Kids have canceled their shows in both Charlotte and Raleigh, scheduled for June 2 and 3. I wouldn't hold my breath for these dates to be rescheduled — this little reunion spree can only last so long...
Due to unforeseen production delays, the summer NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK tour has made necessary changes to the tour dates and venues. The concerts scheduled to take place on June 2nd at Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre Charlotte and on June 3rd at Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion in Raleigh have been canceled.
Tickets purchased online or via phones will be refunded automatically starting Tuesday May 12. Tickets purchased at the venue box offices or at BLOCKBUSTER stores can be refunded at point of purchase starting Wednesday May 13.

what exactly is a production delay? Is that their fancy way of saying they didn't sell enough tickets to fill these venues?
