The Both (Aimee Mann & Ted Leo) add spring dates
The super duo The Both, Aimee Mann and Ted Leo, will head down to Atlanta to play the Shaky Knees Festival in May, which is great for fans in the Triangle because they'll make their way here the next day to play a headline show.The Both will play the Cat's Cradle in Carrboro on Monday, May 11. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. today, March 27, via Ticketfly for $22.

Aimee Mann announces fall tour, coming to Saxapahaw
Singer-songwriter Aimee Mann is hitting the road again this fall as a trio in support of her latest album Charmer, released last fall. She'll return to the Triangle in October but this time she'll be stopping a little west of Orange County.She'll play the increasingly popular Haw River Ballroom in Saxapahaw on Monday, October 7. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 28 via Ticketfly for $25.
[UPDATE: Ted Leo will open the show with a solo set.]

Ted Leo reschedules solo tour including Chapel Hill

So now Leo will be coming to Local 506 on Thursday, May 12.
[UPDATE: Nashville singer-songwriter Daniel Pujol will open the show.]

Ted Leo cancels solo shows including Chapel Hill
Local 506 is working to reschedule the show and plans to honor tickets that have already been purchased for the new date. We'll certainly keep you posted when and if a new date is announced.

Ted Leo announces solo tour, coming to Chapel Hill
Indie troubadour usually hits the road as a trio with his band The Pharmacists, but this winter, he'll be heading out on his own. While he usually plays the Cat's Cradle with his band, he'll be playing a much smaller venue on this tour.Leo will rock Local 506 in Chapel Hill on Saturday, February 5. Tickets are on sale now via etix for $10.
So get ready to get up close and personal with the singer-songwriter. His latest album, The Brutalist Bricks, was released in March via Matador Records. Check out a video of a solo performance of the song "One Polaroid a Day" from his latest album below.
