Black Francis (aka Frank Black) his hitting the road in February on a two week tour with Reid Paley and they'll be making a stop in the Triangle.Black and Paley will play the Cat's Cradle in Carrboro on Monday, February 18. Tickets are on sale now via Etix for $15.
