Local indie outfit The Light Pines called in quits last summer, but after a break from writing music, frontman Josh Pope has returned as Cocoon.The first release from the new project are eight lo-fi home recordings titled The Storm. It's a fantastic collection of songs, which you can stream in its entirety below and buy it HERE.
There are no plans to play the songs live yet according to an interview with The Independent, but who knows what the future might hold.
