A few last minute Hopscotch schedule changes

With the Hopscotch Music Festival just two days away, there have been a few last minute schedule changes that attendees should be aware of.

First, Mouthus will no longer be playing the festival. Their spot at the Berkeley Cafe on Thursday, September 8 at 11 p.m. will be filled by Brooklyn band Slasher Risk.

Next, Jennyanykind and Frontier Ruckus have swapped nights at Deep South the Bar. Frontier Ruckus will now play Friday, September 9 at 12:30 a.m. and Jennyanykind will play on Saturday, September 10 at 12:30 a.m.

Check out the full updated schedule schedule HERE.

And last but not least, Peter Holsapple will no longer be taking part in the Author and Artist series discussion titled The Bubble: The Limits of Pop Music on Saturday, September 10 at 3 p.m. at the Raleigh City Museum. Don't fret though, his fellow dB's bandmate cohort Chris Stamey will take his place and will also play a few songs at the start of the event. Also, Wooden Wands will play a few solo tunes at the start of the Author and Artist series event on Friday, September 9 at 3 p.m.

Stay tuned as we'll be bringing you coverage of the festival as it begins on Thursday and we'll also have at least one more Hopscotch related piece going up before the festival.
