To give people an idea of what kind of exclusive downloads will be available to Score! subscribers, Merge Records has offered up an old Superchunk track for free.The song is a cover Sebadoh's "I Believe in Fate" from the 1991 7" EP Free Seed. The EP featured four songs, three of which were Sebadoh covers. Two of the covers were included on the singles collection Tossing Seeds but "I Believe in Fate" didn't make the cut.
Speaking of "I Believe in Fate," the note from Merge (presumably written by Mac) said "this came out sounding a bit like someone's high school hardcore band doing the two-step." With that, download the track below.
