Death Cab For Cutie extends 2015 tour, coming to Raleigh

Superstar indie rockers Death Cab For Cutie just released their eight studio album last week titled Kintsugi and they have just extended their already hefty 2015 tour plans into the fall and the new dates include a stop in the Triangle.

Death Cab will play the Red Hat Amphitheater in Raleigh on Tuesday, September 15. Twin Shadow will open. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 10, via the Duke Energy Center box office and Ticketmaster for $25 to $45. Pre-sales will being at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 9.

Twin Shadow announces Eclipse 2015 tour, coming to Carrboro

Singer-songwriter George Lewis Jr., better known as Twin Shadow, has been working on his third album, the follow up to 2012's Confess. Warner Brothers Records is expected to release the album in the new year. He'll hit the road in the spring and will return to the Triangle after playing SXSW in Austin.

Twin Shadow will once again play the Cat's Cradle in Carrboro on Saturday, March 28. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, November 7, via Ticketfly for $16.

Twin Shadow announces the 'True Story' spring tour

Twin Shadow will hit the road again this spring on a North American tour in support of his latest album Confess. This tour will be a bit different, though, because each night will feature one true story told by either George Lewis Jr (aka Twin Shadow) or his father. That's why it's been dubbed the True Story Tour.

Twin Shadow will return to the Cat's Cradle in Carrboro on Sunday, June 16. Elliphant will open. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, February 12, via Etix for $15.

Brooklyn musician George Lewis, Jr., better known by his stage name Twin Shadow, is gearing up for the release of his sophomore album Confess, due out on July 10. He'll hit the road on a big tour in late July which will keep him on the road through September.

He'll make a stop at the Cat's Cradle in Carrboro on Sunday, September 23. Tickets are on sale now via Etix for $15.

The Pains of Being Pure at Heart announce spring tour, coming to Carrboro

New York based 2010 breakout band The Pains of Being Pure at Heart are hitting the road this spring and are planning to have a new album out ahead of the tour. Their sophomore release Belong is due out in late March via Slumberland Records.

The tour will bring the band to the Cat's Cradle in Carrboro on Saturday, April 2. Twin Shadow will open the show and tickets will go on sale soon via etix for $12.
