Local indie folk group The Tender Fruit, led by singer-songwriter Christy Smith, will release a new album that is almost two years in the making on November 22 titled The Darkness Comes.
The band will play an album release show at the Cat's Cradle Back Room on Saturday, November 22. Des Ark and Gross Ghost, the latter performing as an acoustic duo, will open the show. Tickets are on sale now via Ticketfly for $8.
The Tender Fruit has released a prologue to the new album, a song not included on it, titled "Burning Houses." The song features Patrick Wolf and Kym Register. Stream and/or download the song below.
