Violet Vector and the Lovely Lovelies 'EP II' out now

Violet Vector and the Lovely Lovelies' new label Colorwheel Records has released the band's new EP titled EP II. It says is was released on June 31, which doesn't exist, so we assume they mean June 30. You can order the 5-song EP now via the label's website. It should be available on iTunes and other digital services soon.

The songs "Sunshine in Space" and "Technicolor Electric" from the EP are streaming on Colorwheel's MySpace page and "Grass is Glowing" on Violet Vector's MySpace page. Go check them out and order your copy of the EP.

The band have a big show coming up this Saturday, July 11, when they'll play Downtown Live at Raleigh's Moore Square. The band will go on at 5:30 pm and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts will headline the show. Check out the band's other upcoming shows below.

[UPDATE: We received a note from Colorwheel Records that the release date is still pending and the release date of June 31 was obviously a mistake. The album is available for pre-order now.]

Hello!

Just to try to clear up the release date confusion a little bit...the wrong date was listed on our website. The real release date is as-yet-undetermined and will be posted very soon! For now, the EP is up for preorder at our myspace as well as the website.

Love those Lovely Lovelies!
