Wale & Ace Hood to play UNC's homecoming concert

UNC has hosted some big concerts to celebrate homecoming in recent years including J. Cole, The New Pornographers and Passion Pit, and this year won't be any different.

On Saturday, November 2 the school will host hip hop stars Wale and Ace Hood at Carmichael Auditorium. Ticket information is not available yet but general public tickets are usually made available after students have been given first crack at them. Once we have more information we'll let you know.

Wale & Gloriana coming to NC State in November

NC State has their big Pack Howl Pep Rally and Concert coming up in November and they've booked two very different artists to perform.

Washington DC born hip hop artist Wale will headline and Nashville country act Gloriana will open. The show is at Reynolds Coliseum on NC State's campus on Thursday, November 1. Tickets are on sale now via Etix for $25.

Wale will release a new album on December 1 titled I Ain't Perfect. Gloriana released a new album earlier this year titled A Thousand Miles Left Behind. Check out music videos from both artists below.

Wale announces The Ambition Tour, coming to Raleigh

Up and coming Washington DC based rapper Wale is gearing up to release his sophomore album the fall titled Ambition. The album will be out on November 1, but the tour supporting it will kick off in early October.

The tour will bring Wale to the Lincoln Theatre in Raleigh on Thursday, October 20. Tickets will go on sale via etix on Friday, September 9 for $14.50. There are also a series of deluxe ticket options available via Wale's website which include meet and greets, shirts and other extras.
