The Strokes have been inactive for quite some time, but are hoping to have a new album out by September. In the meantime, frontman Julian Casablancas is going to head out for another short tour in support of his solo album Phrazes of the Young.The tour will bring Julian to The Fillmore in Charlotte on Saturday, March 27. Tickets for the general public go on sale Friday, Feb. 19, though other details are not currently available, but we'll keep you posted.
