CocoRosie announces fall tour, coming to Carrboro

After spending the summer and early fall touring Europe in support of their new album Tales of a Grass Window, French group CocoRosie will come to North America for a big tour that includes a stop in the Triangle.

The band will play the Cat's cradle in Carrboro on Wednesday, November 6. Tickets are on sale now via Ticketfly for $18.

CocoRosie announces fall dates, coming to Carrboro

Sisters Sierra and Bianca Casady, better known as CocoRosie, just released their fourth album Grey Oceans via Sub Pop in May, and now they're preparing to hit the road on a North American tour in the fall.

The tour will bring the group to the Cat's Cradle on Monday, Sept. 20. Tickets will go on sale on Friday, July 30 via etix for $18.

CocoRosie cancel North American dates

Planning to see CocoRosie at Cat's Cradle Wednesday night? You might want to come up with something else to do.

The band has cancelled its shows through the next week or so after sisters Sierra and Bianca Casady — that would be the whole band — were arrested recently.

The duo announced the news in a MySpace bulletin, writing "the band got arrested, thats all i can say."
