Merge Records will host a 25k road race as the first event to kick off its year long 25th anniversary celebration in 2014.The 15.5 mile race will take place on March 22 and start in Chapel Hill, where Merge began, and end in downtown Durham, its current home. Bull City Running will co-host the event. Proceeds from the race will benefit the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina and Habitat for Humanity of Durham and Orange County.
A big after party is being planned for the finish line, so stay tuned for those details even if you're not a runner.
