We've been patiently awaiting the announcement of in-store performances scheduled for Schoolkids Records on Record Store Day, which is this Saturday, April 21.The wait is over as the store announced on Monday that The Chris Stamey Quartet, John Howie and the Rosewood Bluff, Michael Rank and Stag and the Dex Romweber Duo will play the store.
[UPDATE: The final act stopping by Schoolkids for an in-store on Saturday will be Durham folk rock band Delta Rae who will also be playing the CueGrass Festival at The Pit in downtown Raleigh that day. The band will release their debut album titled Carry the Fire via Sire Records on June 19.]
