A pair of seemingly unlikely cohorts, soul legend Mavis Staples and folk rocker Joan Osborne, will team up for a tour this fall dubbed Solid Soul. The dates are just starting to emerge and the Triangle is one of the stops.The pair will play the Carolina Theatre in Durham on Monday, November 16. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 13, via the venue box office and Ticketmaster for $34 to $159.35. The venue presale starts at 10 a.m. today, March 11.
